Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Komeda Coffee in Hitachino-Ushiku, serving guests in the relaxed atmosphere of one of Japan's most popular cafe chains. Hall duties include seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks; kitchen duties cover preparing coffee, Shiro Noir (the chain's signature dessert), and light meal items. Experienced staff provide thorough support, so no prior cafe or restaurant experience is needed -- high school students, homemakers, and seniors are all actively working here. Shifts run from 06:00 to 24:00 on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with as little as 3 hours per day and 2 days per week accepted. Weekend and public holiday shifts attract a higher hourly rate: 1,130 yen on Saturdays and 1,180 yen on Sundays and public holidays. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
