Job Description:
This is a dishwashing role at TAOYA Atami, a newly rebranded hot spring resort hotel overlooking Sagami Bay in Atami, Shizuoka — the first ocean-facing TAOYA property in eastern Japan. You will wash dishes and utensils used in the hotel buffet, store cleaned items, clean the washing area, and handle rubbish disposal. Dedicated aprons, gloves, and boots are provided so you can work hygienically and comfortably. Shifts are split between morning (08:00-11:00) and evening (18:00-22:30), making this well suited for second jobs or those with daytime commitments. The workplace has a strong team culture and a relaxed appearance policy — hair colour, hairstyle, piercings, and nails are permitted subject to on-shift rules. As a hotel staff member, you can use the on-site hot spring (onsen) and receive up to 30% discount on hotel stays. No resume required. Immediate start available after interview.
