Job Description:

Hall and kitchen work at Marugame Seimen in Tsukuba, covering dishwashing, clearing tables, register work and cooking udon, tempura and rice dishes. Tasks are split into clear positions so each job can be done efficiently, and you start in the position that suits you best. Careful training (研修 kenshuu) and a work manual mean people with no experience or a long break from work can settle in quickly. Shift requests are submitted weekly and hours are negotiable, with shifts of four hours or less accepted. Weekday-only or weekend and holiday-only patterns are both possible, and at least two days off a week are guaranteed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) give you 800 yen worth of food for 120 yen, and a family canteen scheme loads up to 10,000 yen a month for employees with children aged 15 or under. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 50,000 yen a month and petrol costs are covered for car and motorbike commuters. Staff aged from their teens to their sixties work here, hair style and colour are free, and a 25 percent discount applies across Toridoll group restaurants.

Wage:
