Job Description:
Join the opening team at a new meat-focused izakaya opening in early September, five minutes from Himeji Station. Hall duties are seating guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks. Kitchen duties start with simple work such as cutting vegetables and plating, and you can take on more if you want to. Everyone starts at the same time, so you build the shop together from scratch. Training (研修 kenshuu) covers everything, so first-time part-timers are fine here. Shifts run within 14:00 to 24:00 from 2 days a week, submitted every half month, with long or short shifts both possible and no overtime. Sundays are the fixed day off. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, wages can be paid in cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi), and there is a staff discount explained at the interview. Hair colour and style, clothing, nails, beards and piercings are all free. There is a training period of 100 hours at 1,116円 per hour.
