Job Description:

Clean guest rooms and make beds at a music-themed hotel in Nakayamate-dori, central Kobe. Duties are room cleaning, bed making and restocking and setting out amenities and supplies. There is no face-to-face customer service and nothing difficult involved, so people with no experience are fine here. Training (研修 kenshuu) supports you after joining, and most current staff started with no experience. You can choose between a 10:00 to 18:00 shift with 7 hours of actual work or a 09:00 to 18:00 shift with 8 hours, working from 4 days a week with no overtime. Staff range from their 20s to their 50s, with many people balancing the work with housework and childcare. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid up to 20,000 yen a month, and commuting by train, bus, motorbike, bicycle or on foot is all fine. Hair colour and style are free, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is lent to you, and there is a one-month trial period at 1,120円 per hour.
