Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at a popular izakaya in Temma, Osaka. Hall duties are seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing and setting tables, making drinks and simple register work. Kitchen duties are simple cooking, plating and washing up, with rubber gloves provided, so it suits people who prefer quiet focused work. The work is straightforward and fits easily around a main job, so no experience is needed. You can work within 09:00 to 15:00 or anywhere between 09:00 and 23:00, from 3 hours a day and 1 day a week, with shifts submitted twice a month. People who can cover lunchtime and weekends are especially wanted, and night-focused schedules are also fine. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided and transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full. Hair colour and style are free and a uniform (制服 seifuku) is lent to you. Around 30 percent of staff joined through friend referrals, so the team gets on well.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25 percent extra after 22:00. Higher hourly rate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Hourly rate rises over the New Year period. Pay rise system. Example monthly earnings: about 52,000 yen for 4 hours 1 day a week, 65,000 yen for 5 hours 2 days a week, or 93,600 yen for 6 hours 3 days a week.
