Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at a wagyu yakiniku restaurant in Kita-ku, Sakai, near Nakamozu Station. Hall duties are seating guests, taking orders on a handy terminal, serving dishes and clearing tables. The building is two storeys with 50 seats across 7 tables, and the shop is new, having opened in November. To start with, greeting customers cheerfully is enough, and senior staff support you as you take on more. Wages are calculated to the minute, so no time worked goes unpaid, and pay rises of 20 to 50 yen happen at any time based on how you pick up the work and contribute, regardless of seniority. Shifts run 15:00 to 23:00 from 4 hours a day and 2 days a week, with requests taken every two weeks and no overtime. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay 50 yen more per hour. Wages can be paid in cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi), and there is a training period of 100 actual working hours at 1,200円. Hair colour and style, nails and piercings are all free, and there is no uniform beyond a black T-shirt. Bicycle and motorbike commuting are permitted.
