Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making role at O Hotel Toyooka, a 2-minute walk from Toyooka Station in Toyooka City, Hyogo. Tasks include bed-making, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and tidying guest rooms, and cleaning shared spaces such as the lobby and stairways. Guest contact is minimal — this is primarily a back-of-house role. The shift runs 09:50 to 14:50 with approximately 1 hour of lunch break included, finishing well before the afternoon rush. The role suits those wanting morning work that leaves afternoons free for family, appointments, or personal activities. A minimum of 4 days per week is expected, with weekend and public holiday availability required on at least some days — the exact balance of weekday and weekend shifts is flexible and negotiable each month. A 10-shift training period (研修 kenshuu) applies with pairs-based working until you are confident solo. The same rate applies during training. Note: a wage increase is planned from October onward. Car and motorbike commuting are welcome with free on-site parking. Transport allowance is provided per company rules.
