Job Description:
This is a dispatch hall staff role at a prestigious international hotel restaurant in Minato Mirai, Yokohama — a 1-minute walk from Minatomirai Station with views of the harbour. Tasks include welcoming and farewelling guests, taking orders, preparing and serving drinks and food, table setting, and cashier operation — the full range of restaurant floor service at a high-end hotel level. Three shift patterns are available: 09:00-17:30, 11:00-20:30, and 13:30-22:00, each with 7.5 hours of actual work and a 60-minute break. The venue sees many international guests, making this an excellent environment for those with English language skills. Prior restaurant service or hotel experience is required — this role is specifically for experienced professionals wanting to develop their hospitality skills at a higher level. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available after 6-7 shifts from joining (subject to financial institution and fee conditions). Weekly payment is also available. As a JW Solution placement, the Daimaru Matsuzakaya staff discount of 10% is available as a benefit. Complete two days off per week guaranteed. Long-term contract of 6 months or more, renewable up to a maximum of 3 years.
