Tasks include guiding and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and dishwashing. As you gain confidence, simple plating assistance in the kitchen is also welcomed. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi), daily payment, and weekly payment are all available. Staff meals are provided free for shifts of 4 hours or more (まかない makanai). High school and university students are not eligible. Foreign applicants must hold JLPT N1 or above. The restaurant is closed Sundays, public holidays, and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays.
