Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Lawson Tsuchiura Johokumachi, with five shift slots running from early morning through overnight. Available shifts are: early morning 06:00-09:00, morning 09:00-13:00, afternoon 13:00-17:00, evening 17:00-22:00, and overnight 22:00-06:00 (overnight). Duties include register operation and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, store cleaning, simple food and drink preparation at the Machi Cafe and Machikado Churi counter, and handling public utility payments, ATM services, parcel collection, and ticket issuance. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,343円 per hour applies to hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00 on the overnight shift. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided with full support; beginners and those with no convenience store experience are actively welcomed. International students are welcome — Lawson provides multilingual register systems and foreign-staff training materials. A minimum of 3 hours per shift is accepted from 1 day per week; weekday-only, weekend-only, Saturday-only, and Sunday-only schedules are all available.
