Job Description:
This is a mansion (マンション manshon, residential apartment building) common-area cleaning role in Itami City, placed through staffing agency Admic (株式会社アドミック), located adjacent to Aeon Itami Koyo shopping centre. Duties are straightforward: sweeping and wiping hallways, stairways, and the entrance lobby; sweeping the outer perimeter and car park; and cleaning the guest room and children's room within the building. All work is done with a broom and cloth — no specialist equipment or qualifications are required, and there is no customer interaction involved. The shift runs from 11:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour break, giving 5 hours of actual work; a late morning start means household tasks can be completed before heading in. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available — up to 70% of earned wages can be drawn before the regular payday by submitting a Tuesday smartphone request, with transfer typically arriving by Friday. A staff member accompanies you on your first day to help you settle in; ongoing support is provided by a dedicated coordinator throughout the placement. Hair colour is freely allowed; casual clothing suitable for physical work is fine as there is no uniform requirement.
