Job Description:

This is a student dormitory cafeteria cooking role in Esaka-cho, Suita City, placed through Hot Staff Kita-Osaka (株式会社ホットスタッフ北大阪), 12 minutes walk from Esaka Station on the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Line. The cafeteria serves 20 to 50 breakfast portions per day; menus are simple — onigiri, sandwiches, and similar morning fare — so home cooking experience is sufficient to get started without any formal culinary training. Duties cover vegetable cutting, simple cooking such as grilling and frying, plating and serving the finished dishes, and washing and cleaning cooking equipment and tableware; there is no table service or clearing required. The shift runs from 05:00 to 09:30 with no break and no overtime — a compact early-morning block that leaves the rest of the day completely free; weekends and public holidays are always off. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available for earnings already worked; transport allowance is paid for commutes of 2 km or more from home. A senior staff member guides newcomers from day one; the team is small and the atmosphere is described as warm and easy to ask questions in.
