Job Description:

This is a bread sorting, labelling, and outbound preparation role at a food factory in Ikeda City near Osaka Airport, placed through Hot Staff Kita-Osaka (株式会社ホットスタッフ北大阪), 14 minutes walk from Osaka Airport Station on the Osaka Monorail Line. Work involves scanning bread items with a handheld device, placing the correct quantities into cases as shown on the screen, applying best-before date labels, and verifying case counts before moving them by trolley to the shipping area — all items are bread, so no heavy lifting is involved. Three shift options are available: 15:00-20:00, 16:00-21:00, or 18:00-21:00 (all 5 hours actual work with no break and no overtime); weekends and public holidays are always off. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available against hours already worked; transport allowance is paid for commutes of 2 km or more from home. A bread take-home perk is included — staff receive leftover bread at the end of their shift. The workplace is air-conditioned year-round; social insurance, a retirement allowance scheme, and paid holiday from 6 months of service are all provided; minimum contract of 3 months required.
