Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Lawson Tsukuba Higashiarai, located a 10-minute walk from Tsukuba Station in Ibaraki, opposite Court d'Azur Honten. Work covers the full range of convenience store operations: cashier service, product display and shelf stocking, store cleaning, and simple food preparation including Lawson's in-store kitchen (まちかど厨房 Machikado Chubo) and MACHI Cafe items. Multiple shift slots are available across all hours of the day -- early morning (06:00-09:00), daytime (09:00-13:00 and 12:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-06:00 and 00:00-06:00). The overnight shifts attract the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1,343 yen per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00. Training (研修 kenshuu) and ongoing support are provided, making this suitable for complete beginners and first-time part-time workers. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted, with an on-site car park available for staff.
