Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Joyhon Oyama Ekimae, a popular udon chain (うどん屋 udon-ya) on the first floor of the Joyhon Oyama Ekimae building, a 4-minute walk from Oyama Station in Tochigi. Weekday shifts run from 08:00 to 21:30; on weekends the available slot is the evening window from 18:00 to 21:30, making the store particularly suited to those wanting weekday-focused hours. Hall duties include tray and dish collection, register operation, and keeping the dining area and cooking stations clean; kitchen duties cover udon cooking assistance, tempura and onigiri preparation, and dishwashing using an industrial machine. No experience is required -- step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and a full recipe manual are provided, making this a comfortable first part-time job for newcomers to the service industry. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food, and a family canteen card provides up to 10,000 yen per month for employees with children aged 15 and under. Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000 yen per month within company guidelines; bicycle commuting is also possible. A minimum contract of 3 months is expected, with shifts offered from a minimum of 3 days per week and 4 hours per day.
