Job Description:

This is a parts assembly and packaging role at an automotive lightweight component coating factory in Ikuno ward, Osaka city, a 3-minute walk from Minami-Kasugade Station on the Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line. Tasks involve setting pre-coating automotive metal parts into designated frames in specified quantities, wrapping products for shipment, and boxing completed items into outbound cartons -- all in an air-conditioned factory environment. Two shift options are available on a 4-days-on-2-days-off rotation: a daytime shift (08:00-17:00) and an overnight shift (22:00-07:00); the overnight shift crosses midnight and the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 to 05:00, bringing the effective rate to approximately 1,625 yen per hour for those hours. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via smartphone application with funds receivable within 5 minutes of approval; weekly payment is also available. This is an indefinite-term (無期雇用 muki-koyou) dispatch position through UTエージェント -- staff hold a permanent employment contract with the agency and maintain employment even between assignments. Transportation allowance is paid up to 30,000 yen per month; company housing is available under company conditions.
