Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at Tsurui, an intimate Jingisukan (ジンギスカン jingisukan) lamb barbecue restaurant with just 10 counter seats, a 1-minute walk from Juso Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line in Yodogawa ward, Osaka. The counter-only format keeps operations simple and relaxed -- no rushing between scattered tables, and the store owner/manager is always nearby to support new staff. Tasks include taking orders from paper slips, preparing simple drinks, serving food, and general cleaning; the kitchen -- including cutting meat to order -- is handled by the manager, so no cooking skills are needed. Shifts run from 16:00 to 21:00 with flexible start and end times within the window; availability from 18:00 to 21:00 is particularly welcome. The store uses authentic Hokkaido-sourced lamb including various cuts (ラム ram, マトン mutton); staff meals (まかない makanai) include Jingisukan -- high-protein, low-calorie, and reportedly good for skin health; deodorising spray is provided after shifts for those concerned about the smell.
