Job Description:

This is a recycled home appliance disassembly and sorting role at an eco-processing facility in Hirakata, Osaka, handling waste refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other home appliances for recycling by breaking them down into component parts. Two shift options run on a 5-days-on-2-days-off cycle: a daytime shift (08:30-17:35) and an overnight shift (20:00-05:05); the overnight shift crosses midnight and the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 to 05:05, bringing the effective rate to approximately 1,975 yen per hour for those hours. The 2-shift rotation operates from spring through autumn; from autumn onwards, day-shift-only working becomes the standard schedule. The facility operates a full safety protocol; work gloves and protective equipment are provided, and a staff canteen offers catered bento lunch for around 400 yen per meal. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via smartphone with funds receivable within 5 minutes of approval; weekly payment is also available. This is an indefinite-term (無期雇用 muki-koyou) dispatch position through UTエージェント -- staff hold a permanent employment contract with the agency and maintain employment even between assignments.
