Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at cafe and bar queue, a stylish rooftop terrace cafe bar on the ground floor and roof floor of the Grand Line Nakanoshima building in Nishi ward, Osaka city, a 5-minute walk from Higobashi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. The store features an open-air rooftop terrace overlooking the city -- a distinctive and Instagram-worthy environment that makes each shift feel different from a standard food service job. Hall duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, bussing tables, dessert plating, dishwashing, and light cleaning; no complex cooking is involved. The shift runs from 18:00 to 23:00 each evening; a deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for the 22:00-23:00 portion of the shift under Japanese labour law. A trial period of approximately 50 hours applies at 1,250 yen per hour; the standard rate rises to 1,300 yen per hour after the trial period, with further salary increases available based on performance. Cash-in-hand payment (給与手渡し kyuuryo tewatashi) is available; no resume is required to apply; own clothing is permitted and nails, piercings, and accessories are all allowed within store guidelines.
