Water-spider work involves moving parts between workstations to keep the production line running smoothly - a key logistics role that requires attention to accuracy rather than speed. No prior manufacturing experience is needed; the tasks are clearly defined and a 14-day trial period allows you to get settled in. The shift is a fixed 08:00-17:00 weekday schedule with overtime averaging 10 or more hours per month. Saturdays and Sundays are off per the company calendar. Daily payment (hibarai 日払い) is available.
