Job Description:

You will work at Marugame Seimen Ion Mol Sakai Kitahanda (丸亀製麺イオンモール堺北花田店), an udon and soba chain restaurant on the 3rd floor of Aeon Mall Sakai Kitahanda in Sakai city, Osaka, a 5-minute walk from Kitahanda Station. Hall duties include clearing tables, dishwashing (araiba 洗い場), and cashier work (reji レジ); kitchen duties include cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes according to recipes. Tasks are divided into small, clearly defined roles - step-by-step training (kenshuu 研修) and full recipe manuals are provided for all starters. Weekday shifts are 18:00-22:00 (evening); weekend and holiday shifts are 08:00-18:00 (daytime). Weekend and holiday shifts attract a wage bonus. Minimum 3 hours and 2 days per week; weekend-only and weekday-only patterns are both welcome with shifts submitted weekly. Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or above (or equivalent native-level conversational ability) is required as the role involves customer-facing Japanese service.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday wage bonus. Salary increase system in place. Bonus system available. Pay calculated to the minute.
