Job Description:
Work at Marugame Seimen Morera Higashi-Totsuka on the 2nd floor of Morera Higashi-Totsuka shopping centre, just 1 minute from Higashi-Totsuka Station West Exit in Yokohama's Totsuka district. Duties include udon boiling and plating, tempura and rice dish preparation, cashier work, dishwashing, and hall clearing - each staff member focuses on one dedicated position per shift. The shift slot is mornings and lunchtime only (09:00-15:00), finishing by mid-afternoon, which is ideal for those who want to be home by evening. A step-by-step training system with full recipe guides is in place, so first-time part-timers and career-gap returners are welcome. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Staff meals (makanai) available for 120 yen per meal, up to 800 yen worth of food per shift.
