Job Description:

Work as kitchen or hall staff at Warayakiya Kitashinchi, a Tosa straw-fire izakaya in Osaka's Kitashinchi district, 1 minute from Kitashinchi Station. Kitchen duties include lighting and managing the straw fire (warayaki), adjusting cooking intensity, plating katsuo tataki, and assisting with Tosa regional cuisine preparation - a rare and memorable kitchen experience. Hall duties include order taking, serving food and drinks (including sake and shochu explanations), and table service. All food ingredients are sourced directly from Kochi Prefecture; working here means learning authentic straw-fire technique and regional Japanese cuisine knowledge. Shifts run 14:00-00:00 with flexible scheduling; advance payment and weekly payment are both available. Minimum contract period is 3 months; high school graduate or above required.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Training period: 1,250 yen/hr. Salary increases available. Friend referral bonus: 20,000 yen.
