Job Description:

This is a hotel front desk and room cleaning role at Hotel Neguresco Amagasaki in Hyogo Prefecture, with fixed day-of-week scheduling: front desk on Saturdays (16:00-24:00) and room cleaning on Wednesdays and Thursdays (09:00-15:00, 11:00-17:00, or 17:00-24:00). Front desk duties involve managing check-in and check-out via a touchscreen system with minimal direct guest interaction - guests are called to staff only when needed. Telephone response is also included. Room cleaning involves bed-making, bathroom and washroom cleaning, and amenity restocking; cleaning is done in pairs (solo during deep-night hours). Most staff learn the flow within approximately 3 sessions and are fully independent within one month. A notable feature: break time (45 minutes plus additional short breaks) is fully paid - the hourly rate runs from clock-in to clock-out with no deduction for rest periods, making effective earnings higher than the listed base rate suggests.
