Job Description:

This is a breakfast buffet staff role at a hotel restaurant in Gion-cho, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, 5 minutes walk from Gion Station and 8 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station, serving a Japanese and Western breakfast buffet popular with tourists visiting Fukuoka. Tasks include welcoming and seating guests, simple cooking and reheating, plating and replenishing buffet dishes (including Hakata specialities such as mentaiko, chikuzen-ni simmered vegetables, and curry), setting tables, and cleaning the hall and kitchen - covering both front-of-house and light kitchen duties. The team is small (1-2 staff per shift), allowing you to work at your own pace with senior staff support available when needed. Many guests are tourists, so those with English, Korean, or Chinese language skills are especially welcome. Shifts run from 05:00-12:45 (7 hours actual work, 45-minute break), finishing before 13:00 so afternoons are entirely free. Work is available 3-5 days per week including weekends. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) available through Dimple. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) fully covered including petrol costs for car commuters. Free parking on site.
