Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at a mentaiko (明太子) café and shop attached to the headquarters of a well-known Fukuoka mentaiko manufacturer in Minami-ku, Fukuoka City, approximately 7 minutes walk from JR Takeshita Station or 1 minute walk from the Isogawa 1-chome bus stop. Hall tasks include taking orders and delivering food and drinks to customers on a tray system; kitchen tasks include portioning rice, ladling miso soup, arranging mentaiko and side dishes, and preparing drinks - menu items are limited and no complex cooking is involved, making this accessible for those new to café work. The workplace has a warm, relaxed atmosphere run by a female store manager with a small team of 3 on weekdays and 4 on weekends. Well suited to those returning to work after a break. Core shift hours are 08:30-17:30 (8 hours, 60-minute break); short shifts from 6 hours are also negotiable (e.g. 09:00-15:00). Work is available 3-5 days per week including weekends. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) available through Dimple. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) fully covered. Some prior sales experience required. High school graduate or above. No resume required.
