Job Description:

This is an office building cleaning role in Tosaobori, Nishi-ku, Osaka City, within 5 minutes walk of Higobashi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line, covering a fixed early morning shift from 06:00 to 09:00. Tasks include collecting rubbish from office areas, vacuuming floors using a commercial vacuum, mopping, and cleaning toilets - a straightforward routine that takes approximately one month to learn fully, handled by a team of 8 staff per shift. The shift is 3 hours with no break and no overtime, finishing by 09:00 so the rest of the morning is free. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are always off, and the weekly schedule is fixed at 5 days per week. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) on earned wages is available weekly via smartphone (up to 70% of earned wages, applied by Tuesday, paid by Friday). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. Hair colour (natural brown acceptable) and nails (manicure and gel nails OK) are accepted. No resume required.
