Job Description:

This is a night-shift parts counting, sorting, and clean room (クリーンルーム kuriin-ruumu) logistics role at a manufacturing facility in Higashi-Osaka City, 8 minutes walk from both Kintetsu Nagata Station and Osaka Metro Nagata Station. Tasks include printing parts tracking documents using a PC, counting specified quantities of components and arranging them in boxes or bins, scanning and registering part information using a handheld terminal, transporting parts into and out of a clean room, identifying and logging defective parts, and loading parts into a washing machine for cleaning - a varied set of tasks within a structured workflow. Basic PC skills including Excel data entry are required; the role involves extended periods of standing work, so physical stamina is important. The shift runs 20:00-04:50 (overnight) as a fixed night-shift role, with a 50-minute break at midnight and an additional short pre-overtime break; the first approximately two weeks are spent on day shifts (08:00-16:50) for safety training and OJT. Overtime is required (0-30 hours per month depending on workload), though individual circumstances can be discussed. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off; long holidays at year-end/New Year, GW, and Obon. Note: work uniform cleaning fees are deducted from your final pay at the end of the contract.
