Job Description:

This is an opening staff (オープニングスタッフ oopuningu sutaffu) hall and kitchen role at M's Cafe Bar, a 90s New York-themed American-style café bar in Fukushima-ku, Osaka, opening in November 2026, just 1 minute walk from Hanshin Fukushima Station and 2 minutes from JR Shin-Fukushima Station. Tasks include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, making drinks (including alcohol), serving food, clearing tables, preparing simple grilled and plated light meal items, and dishwashing - all in a stylish, music-filled American interior. No prior bar or café experience is needed; drink recipes and food prep are taught from the start. A dinner-time back commission system rewards staff for strong sales performance. Two shift options: daytime and evening (10:00-22:00) and late-night (22:00-02:00, overnight). A minimum of 3 days per week and 5 hours per day is accepted; shift requests are submitted weekly. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) wage payment available on request. Staff meals (まかない makanai) provided. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) fully covered including bicycle parking costs. Wage:
