Job Description:

This is a product inspection and packing role at a plastics factory in Iwata, Shizuoka, working inside the Yoshino Kogyo static factory site. The work involves checking yogurt and ice cream containers coming off the line, closing cardboard boxes with tape, attaching shipping labels, and stacking finished boxes — simple, focused tasks in an air-conditioned environment. Three shift options are available: day (07:00-15:20), evening (15:00-23:20), or overnight (23:00-07:20 overnight). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, raising the rate to 1,500 yen per hour for the night shift. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available: capped at 25,000 yen, cut-off Friday, paid Monday. Dormitory accommodation is available (1R single unit) with a housing subsidy of up to 30,000 yen per month or a commuting allowance — consult the company for details.
