Job Description:

This is a customer service and product demonstration role at an experiential capsule coffee shop inside Fukuoka Mitsukoshi, directly connected to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. The shop lets customers try out capsule coffee machines from a range of over 70 coffee varieties, and your role is to introduce the machines and coffees, guide customers through a tasting experience, and recommend products to suit their needs. Customer interactions range from about 10 minutes for regular coffee buyers to around 30 minutes for those considering a coffee machine purchase — making this a good fit for people who enjoy detailed, one-on-one service conversations. The team runs 5 to 6 staff per shift, so you are never working alone, and senior colleagues are always on hand to answer questions. Shifts run 7 hours with a 1-hour break within the 09:00-21:00 window, five days per week including weekends. Some prior customer service or retail experience is required. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available.
