Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at two ramen restaurants — Menbou Tori-craft (Ryokuchi-koen, chicken broth ramen) and Menbou Buta-craft (Esaka, pork broth ramen) — with both locations close to their respective subway stations in the Osaka northern suburbs. Hall duties include seating guests, confirming orders via a ticket vending machine, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and washing up; kitchen duties include preparing the signature soups and chashu, simple cooking assistance and plating. You start from the role that suits your strengths and gradually take on more as you get comfortable. Lunch shifts (10:00-15:00) and dinner shifts (16:30-22:00) are both available, with a minimum of one day per week and 3 hours per shift — easy to combine with childcare, school or another job. Pay is in cash (手渡し tewatashi). Staff meals (まかない makanai) include the restaurant's own ramen and seasonal limited specials. Hair colour, nail polish and piercings are permitted within guidelines.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Salary increase available. Upper rate (1,500 yen/hour) reflects experience or skill level.
