Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Kani Fuku, a fugu and crab specialty restaurant three minutes walk from Juso Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line in Osaka. Hall duties include taking orders and serving food; kitchen duties include cooking assistance and dishwashing — you start with simple tasks and build from there at your own pace. Shifts run within the 12:00-22:00 window for a minimum of 4 hours, three or more days per week. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Pay is available in cash (手渡し tewatashi), and daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are also available within company rules. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided. Hair colour, nail polish and piercings are all permitted. The team is young and sociable, with regular BBQs and staff meals together.
