This is a short-term kitchen assistant role at a long-established kaiseki (懐石料理 kaiseki-ryouri) restaurant inside Daimaru Sapporo, directly connected to Sapporo Station. Work involves portioning bento and side-dish (お惣菜 osouzai) items, simple food prep and cutting, and washing equipment and dishes — all back-of-house with no customer contact. No cooking experience is required, and the team will teach you everything from the start. Shifts run 07:00-15:00, leaving your afternoons and evenings free for shopping, hobbies, or a second job.
