Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Sapporo Sakaemachi, a udon restaurant chain located 3 minutes walk from Sakaemachi Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway. Kitchen duties include udon and tempura cooking and rice dish preparation; hall duties include table clearing, dishwashing, and register service. Tasks are divided into small, clear roles so each person can work efficiently without needing to handle everything at once. Shifts are available from early morning through to late evening across the full operating window, and can be as short as 2 hours per day from 1 day a week. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth); a family canteen card provides up to 10,000 yen/month in meal support for employees with children aged 15 and under. A late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onward.
