Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at Tonkatsu TonQ Moriya Fureai, a popular tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant in Moriya, Ibaraki, with a loyal local following and TV coverage. Hall duties include customer seating, order taking, serving dishes, refilling tea, rice and cabbage before being called, and table clearing — the store takes pride in attentive, proactive service. Kitchen staff positions are also available for those who prefer that role. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay 1,300円/hour. Late-night shifts from 22:00 receive a 25% uplift (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Staff meals available; 20% discount on all menu items including desserts for employee dining. Salary is reviewed 4 times per year based on a skill check sheet — average increase of 10-20円 per review.
