Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff position at Seven-Eleven Fujisawa Honmachi 2-chome store in Fujisawa city, Kanagawa, 7 minutes walk from both JR Fujisawa Station and Odakyu Fujisawa-Honmachi Station. You will handle customer service, cashier operations, shelf stocking and display, bagging, store cleaning, and public utility bill and courier parcel reception — with product ordering added once you are settled in. Five shift windows cover the full 24-hour day, so you can choose the time that works best for your routine — including early morning, daytime, evening, and overnight slots. Late-night hours (22:00-05:00) carry the statutory 25% premium, bringing the effective rate to 1,599円 during those hours. An entry bonus (入社祝い金 nyusha-iwaikin) is provided — confirm details at interview. Training (研修 kenshuu) runs for 5 days with the same rate throughout, and a salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) system is in place for longer-term staff.
