Job Description:

Work as a front desk or room cleaning staff member at ZERO YOKOHAMA, a newly opened leisure hotel in Shin-Yokohama, 7 minutes walk from Shin-Yokohama Station on the JR Yokohama Line and Blue Line subway. Front desk staff handle telephone and in-person check-in and check-out, billing, and general hotel front operations — no formal hotel experience required. Room staff make beds, clean guest rooms, and ensure they are ready for the next guest. Private clothes are acceptable for the front desk role. The hotel operates a 24-hour shift system, and 5 to 8 hours per shift from 1 day per week is the minimum. Late-night shifts from 22:00 carry a 25% deep-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi — 1,532 yen/hour); these hours are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Short-term contracts of under 3 months are welcome alongside long-term placements. Hair colour, beard, and nails are all permitted.

Wage:
