Job Description:

This is a hall, counter, and kitchen staff role at a new branch of Ringurhut (リンガーハット), the long-running champon and sara-udon chain, opening in mid-November at the Soyora Hitachi-no-Ushiku shopping centre in Ushiku, Ibaraki. Counter staff handle cashier (レジ reji) duties, order confirmation, and food delivery to tables; kitchen staff perform light cooking, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning. Cooking is largely automated — the restaurant's machines handle stir-frying and noodle boiling, and all vegetables come pre-cut with pre-mixed seasoning, so no prior cooking experience is needed. A detailed manual covers all tasks, so beginners and first-time part-timers can get up to speed quickly with senior staff support. As an opening-period bonus, the hourly rate is 1,300 yen from the opening date until the end of January 2027, rising to the regular 1,200 yen from February 2027. Late-night shifts after 22:00 earn an automatic 25% hourly wage increase (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available from one month after joining — up to 70% of earned wages can be withdrawn the next day via a smartphone app. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at a 60% discount on working days and a 20% discount on days off.

Wage:

1,200円以上 (per hour) Opening period bonus: 1,300 yen/hour from opening day until 31 January 2027 (both general and high school students). Regular rate from February 2027: 1,200 yen/hour.
