Job Description:
This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Seven-Eleven Kawasaki-Mizonokuchi-Nichome, a store operated by a local company that has been serving the community for 40 years and also operates a second branch. Duties include register operation, customer service, restocking shelves, store cleaning, and any additional tasks that arise during the shift. No experience is needed as a 40-hour training (研修 kenshuu) programme is provided and senior staff will work alongside you until you are comfortable; high school students are also welcome. Four part-time shift slots are available: early morning (06:00-09:00), midday (11:00-15:00 or 12:00-16:00), and evening (17:00-22:00) — times within each slot can be adjusted on request. A fixed shift system means your regular days are agreed in advance; pre-notified rest-day requests are honoured 100% of the time, making it easy to plan around school, family, or personal commitments. A staff meal or food supplement (食事補助 shokuji-hojo) is available; promotion to full-time employee is possible for those who are interested. Car commuting is permitted and a workplace visit can be arranged before applying.
