Job Description:
Work as convenience store staff at Seven-Eleven Kawasaki Mizonokuchi 2-chome, 7 minutes walk from Mizonokuchi Station in Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa. Duties include cashier and customer service (接客 settai), stocking shelves, product display, and light cleaning, starting with simple tasks and progressing to creating product displays as experience grows. Training (研修 kenshuu) runs approximately 40 hours, giving new starters a thorough introduction to all combini (コンビニ konbini) operations. Four shift slots are available across daytime and evening hours, with a minimum of 4 hours and 2 days per week - no overnight shifts at this location. Those who can work the 17:00-22:00 Sunday shift are given preference in scheduling. Food subsidy is provided, transport allowance is paid within company guidelines, and motorcycle and bicycle commuting are both permitted. Promotion to franchise employee is possible for those interested in long-term career development.
