Job Description:

This is a chocolate tasting sales and cashier role at a premium Swiss chocolate brand shop inside Seleo Hachioji, directly connected to Hachioji Station in Hachioji City, Tokyo. The brand has over 170 years of history and is renowned for its by-weight (量り売り hakarime) selling style — customers pick individual pieces starting from just one chocolate, including seasonal limited flavours. Work starts with offering tasting samples to passing shoppers, then helping them find the right product through friendly conversation; other duties include cashier work, loyalty app support, product restocking, and stock management. Shifts run 5 days per week on a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with two shift start time options (09:30 or 12:00); 2 days off per week. Full transportation allowance is paid, and staff receive a 10% discount on purchases at Daimaru Matsuzakaya department stores. High school graduate or above required. Prior sales experience preferred; chocolate and sweets enthusiasts especially welcome.

Wage:
