Job Description:

This is a backroom runner role at a French luxury fashion brand boutique inside Isetan Shinjuku, in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo — 1 minute walk from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi and Fukutoshin Lines. The position supports the shop floor entirely from the back of house: processing deliveries, sorting and managing stock, entering inventory into a POS system, coordinating inter-store transfers, handling outbound shipments, organising the stockroom, and managing emails — no customer-facing duties at all. Shifts run approximately 3 days per week (around 4 days off per week) on a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with two shift start time options (09:30 or 10:30), each 7.5 hours of actual work. Wage:
