Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Lawson H Ebisu in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, located 5 minutes walk from Ebisu Station on the JR Yamanote Line. Duties cover the full range of convenience store work: cashier and customer service, product display and restocking, store cleaning, simple food preparation, shelf layout, and product ordering — building a broad range of retail skills over time. Two shift slots are available: an evening slot (17:00-22:00) and an overnight slot (22:00-08:00); no daytime shifts are currently recruiting. The overnight slot (22:00-08:00) pays 1,600円 per hour including the late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) on hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00. Late-night shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day; days are negotiable. Transportation allowance up to 1,000 yen per day is provided. Franchisee owner development support is available for those with long-term ambitions to run their own Lawson store.

Wage:

1,280円 (per hour) Overnight slot (22:00-08:00): 1,600円 per hour including late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) on hours worked 22:00-05:00. Evening slot (17:00-22:00): 1,280円 per hour.
