Job Description:

This is a product inspection and packing role at a factory in Yao City, Osaka, handling everyday household products such as shampoo and hand soap — 15 minutes walk from Kyuhoji Station on the JR Yamatoji Line. Work involves arranging products coming off the production line, attaching caps, placing items into boxes, and packing cartons — simple, repeating tasks that are easy to learn from scratch with no factory experience needed. Two shifts run on a two-shift rotation: a day shift (08:30-17:30) and a night shift (22:30-07:30 overnight); day-shift-only arrangements can be discussed. Overtime of 20-40 hours per month occurs during busy periods. The night shift (22:30-07:30) crosses midnight and qualifies for a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) on hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available. Full transportation allowance is paid, and bicycle and motorbike commuting are both accepted.
