Job Description:

This is a Japanese cuisine kitchen staff role at a restaurant inside a major hotel near Kansai International Airport in Tajiri-cho, Sennan-gun, Osaka, accessible from Kansai Airport Station. New starters begin with cooking assistance and dishwashing, progressing to full Japanese cuisine cooking duties over time; kitchen cleaning is also part of the role. The shift window runs from 06:00 to 22:00 on a self-declared system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), making it flexible for students, freeters, and homemakers to arrange hours around their schedules. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available, and you can be placed and start working within as few as five days of applying. Uniform is provided, and thorough training (研修 kenshuu) is given to all new starters including those with no prior kitchen experience. A minimum commitment of 6 months is expected. No office visit required — registration and interview are completed entirely online.
