Job Description:

This is a parking lot patrol cleaning role with Times Service Co., Ltd. in Nishimiyahara, Yodogawa Ward, Osaka City, accessible from Shin-Osaka Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line (10 minutes walk) or Mikuni Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line (11 minutes walk). Using a company vehicle, you drive a patrol route visiting Times parking lots across the area, checking each site against a checklist: cleaning parking equipment, collecting litter and abandoned items from the lot, weeding, trimming overhanging branches, and making minor on-site repairs. Work is mostly solo and at your own pace — quietly methodical (コツコツ sakugyou) — with colleagues always available by phone for questions. A manual covers all situations so new starters can build confidence from their first day. Shifts run 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday only, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off plus year-end/New Year holidays — a clean weekday-only schedule. A standard Japanese driving licence (AT automatic acceptable) and regular driving experience are required. Basic PC and tablet operation is also needed.
