Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Hakodate Nishi, a popular udon chain restaurant located 6 minutes from Goryokaku Station in Hakodate, Hokkaido, operated by Toridoll Holdings. Duties are divided into clear roles so each task can be done efficiently: hall staff handle clearing tables and cashier duties, while kitchen staff handle udon, tempura, and rice dish preparation, as well as dishwashing. You can start in a position that suits your strengths — cooking, customer interaction, or cleaning — and training (研修 kenshuu) is provided thoroughly with a full manual, so no prior restaurant experience is needed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal with up to 800 yen worth of food per sitting, and a Family Shokudo programme provides up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals for children aged 15 and under of qualifying staff members. A Toridoll Group employee discount of up to 25% is available at group restaurants for staff and their families. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered within regulations up to 50,000 yen per month, including petrol costs for car and motorcycle commuters.
