Job Description:

Work as a convenience store staff member at Seven-Eleven Obihiro Oroshiuri Danchi, a branch in central Obihiro, Hokkaido, serving the wholesale district area. Duties cover all standard combini tasks: cashier and customer service, stocking shelves, store cleaning, and general daily operations. Four shift slots are available across the day and night — from an early morning slot starting at 05:00 through to an overnight shift ending at 05:00 the next morning — so you can choose what fits your schedule. You can lock in specific days of the week (for example Wednesdays and Saturdays only), making it easy to balance with school, a second job, or family commitments. A 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the start, with no reduction in pay during training. Night shifts from 22:00 earn 25% above the base rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate), reaching 1,425 yen/hour. High school students may work the early morning slot (05:00-09:00) only — night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over.
